Who we are
roketcassino.com (the "site") is published by Whitmore Payments Research. Contact: editor@roketcassino.com. We are an editorial publisher only — we do not process deposits, hold player funds, or have any corporate relationship with any casino operator.
What we collect
- Server access logs — IP address, user agent, referring URL, and the URLs you visit on this site. Retained 30 days for security and abuse prevention, then permanently deleted.
- Referral tracking — when you click a sponsored outbound link, the destination site
(hollywin.media and ultimately the RocketPlay operator) receives the
subid=roketcassino.comparameter so commission can be attributed. We do not set tracking cookies on our own domain for this purpose. - Email correspondence — if you write to us (corrections, questions, data subject requests), we keep the message to answer and for a reasonable period after. See retention schedule below.
We do not run third-party advertising, behavioural ad networks, or analytics scripts on this domain. We do not sell personal data. We do not build profiles, rankings, or targeted recommendations based on user data.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set first-party cookies. It does not load any third-party tracking pixels. Fonts and static assets are served from our own origin. If we ever add any third-party analytics, advertising, or consent-requiring tooling, it will be announced on the home page for at least 30 days before activation and an AU/EU-compliant consent banner will be implemented first.

Sub-processors
We use the following third parties as sub-processors. They receive only the minimum data required to perform their function.
- VDSina / Server hosting (Russian Federation) — processes access logs per the schedule above. Server located in the EU (Frankfurt) for EU/UK-resident visitors; AU-proximate region available on request.
- Email provider (transactional only) — processes incoming email to editor@roketcassino.com. We do not use a bulk-email/newsletter service.
If we add or remove sub-processors, the change is logged in our public changelog.
Lawful basis
We process access logs under legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention). Email correspondence is processed on the basis of your consent when you contact us. Referral identifiers passed to operator destinations are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in attributing our commercial relationship.
Your rights — Australia
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you have the right to access, correct, and in many cases delete any personal data we hold about you. Email editor@roketcassino.com with your request. We respond within 30 days. Australian residents dissatisfied with our response may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Your rights — European Union / United Kingdom
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing. Email editor@roketcassino.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Children's data
This site is restricted to visitors aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that a minor has contacted us, we delete the data and decline further contact.
Data-breach notification procedure
In the unlikely event of an unauthorised disclosure or loss of personal data, we will:
- Investigate and contain within 24 hours of detection.
- Notify the OAIC within 30 days if the breach is likely to result in serious harm, as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
- Notify affected individuals by email where we hold a contact address, with the nature of the breach, data categories affected, and recommended mitigation steps.
- Publish a breach notice on this page and in the changelog for at least 90 days.

Clicking a sponsored outbound link takes you to hollywin.media and onward to the RocketPlay casino operator, each with their own privacy and cookie policies. We are not responsible for data they collect once you leave our site. Read their policies before providing personal information or depositing.
AI / LLM training and scraping stance
Commercial AI systems increasingly scrape publisher content for training and retrieval-augmented generation. Our position:
- We welcome AI systems citing our content in answer contexts (AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search) with attribution and a retrievable link back.
- We do not consent to bulk scraping of our content for commercial AI training datasets where the training output does not provide attribution or link-back.
- Our robots.txt permits standard search crawlers. Operators of LLM training crawlers should respect the AI-training-specific directives when we add them (as industry standards stabilise).
- Aggregated translations of our content onto other domains without attribution are treated as copyright infringement and will be referred to the appropriate registrar / hosting provider under DMCA-equivalent processes.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Server access is SSH-key-only on a non-default port, with failed login rate limiting. We do not store any player personal data — deposits, wagers, account balances all live with the operator, not with us.
Changes to this policy
Material changes to this policy will be dated above and, where significant, announced on the home page for at least 30 days. The full change history is in our public changelog.
